Flight Surgeon Sign-Off

Hey everyone,
I've done all the pre-employment tasks necessary for trainees, yet I have not received a date to arrive at the academy. I was told that the flight surgeon has to sign off on my medical paper work and once that happens I will be slated for the next available slot at OKC for training . It has been almost three weeks since I've received that call and I have yet to hear anything back . How long does it usually take for the flight surgeon to sign off on your paper work and how long after that will you receive your school information? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
